Butler Township is now using RecDesk to handle reservations for our Athletic fields.  To make a reservation you will need to:

1. Create a free account.  
2. Confirm the account using email link
3. Make a reservation request. 

Please note, charges apply to accepted/approved reservations.

Complete the Process

In order to complete the request process, all renters must:

1. Provide proof of liability insurance
   • the liability insurance must specifically list Butler Township PA
   • proof can be made via an image file when the reservation request is made or provided at time of payment
2. Pay for the reservation. Payments can be made at or sent to the Township Building
3. Sign a rental agreement.

This field reservation request will show as pending until these three steps are complete.
