Park Building Rental
The Park Building is available for rent throughout the year. To reserve a date, please come to the Municipal Building and complete the lease paperwork.
The first day to make reservations for 2027 dates will be Monday, November 2, 2026. The doors to the Administration Building open at 8:30 a.m.
Fee Schedule
Butler Township Residents/Organizations
| Monday – Friday | 4pm & after | $170 plus $100 deposit |
| Monday – Friday | Prior to 4pm | $230 plus $100 deposit |
| Saturday & Sunday | $230 plus $100 deposit | |
| Township Observed Holidays | $280 plus $100 deposit |
Non-Butler Township Residents/Organizations
| Monday- Friday | 4 pm & after | $230 plus $100 deposit |
| Monday – Friday | Prior to 4pm | $280 plus $100 deposit |
| Saturday, Sunday, & Township Observed Holidays | $300 plus $100 deposit |
*2 separate checks are needed at time of reservation. 1 check made out for the cost of rental with the date reservation is made and 1 check for $100 deposit for actual date of rental. All checks should be made payable to Butler Township.
*An alcohol permit is available upon request. A permit for alcohol is an additional $50, payable by cash or separate check.
Rental Availability
Stop in at the Butler Township Administrative Building at 290 South Duffy Road, Butler, PA 16001 to complete the lease paperwork and reserve a date. Check this rental calendar for availability.
